My Story

As an Engineering Manager at Netflix in Studio Foundations Engineering, I lead teams that build the critical infrastructure powering one of the world's most innovative content creation engines. My journey in technology has been driven by a simple belief: the best solutions emerge when talented people are empowered to do their best work.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of building and scaling engineering teams across various domains. I've worked in legal, manufacturing, ecommerce, real estate, finance, and film & TV. What excites me is learning each industry deeply, tackling its toughest problems, and finding ways to innovate.

I believe the best teams aren't built around one leader who multiplies others—they're built on cultures where everyone multiplies each other. That only happens when people feel heard, valued, and safe enough to support and challenge one another. Creating that kind of inclusive environment is what I'm most passionate about.
